During my consult with this surgeon, he barely listened to my situation and gave me false hope that I will be back on my feet within 2 days of surgery. I was on bed rest for 6 weeks after what he claimed to be a 'simple procedure'. Just wanna know if it was so simple for you, why did I have to visit you and your nurse 3 times after my surgery where you guys tried to make up for your mistakes which resulted in a bigger mess than what we started with. I suggest that if you think you're too good for a simple procedure then you should pass it on to someone who is more competent and able and has some respect for their patient. I am still trying to get back to my routine because after surgery with you, it became hard for me to do day-to-day activities such as walking or sitting. It has been almost 6 months and you promised me 2 days after surgery. So, I suggest next time before you give a timeframe to your patient, you know what it is that you are doing and you can guarantee that there will be no mistake on your or your nurse's part. If you were competent enough, you would not have had to repeat a 'simple procedure' 3 times in a week on me. Thank you for your time.

I went to Dr Stanley Loo for an abdominoplasty, after he was referred to me by a previous patient, who spoke very highly of him, and I’m more than pleased with my results to date. Dr Stanley Loo was terrific to deal with, he is very respectful, and genuinely cares about his patients and there well-being. He emphasised what is best for me, in the short and long term, with regards to what I wanted versus what was safely achievable. Dr Stanley Loo didn’t just tell me what I wanted to hear, but explained the procedure to me, and what I needed to do post surgery to get the maximum benefits of the abdominoplasty, to insure that I had the best permanent long term results. My post surgery care has been terrific. Dr Stanley Loo and his team have never been unavailable to answer my questions or concerns, in lock downs or outside of them, on weekends or public holidays. They’ve always gone out of there way to be accommodating. Dr Stanley Loo and his team are very honest and professional, I’d would strongly recommend them to anybody looking for a plastic or cosmetic surgeon.

My husband is a health professional and we live out of Auckland. Mr Loo came very highly regarded by his peers, being well respected as a colleague and for his technical expertise. He was able to fit me in for surgery, when I started to become more symptomatic with a growth. The process was very easy and I received communication throughout. Mr Loo himself was thorough, compassionate, and had an easy manner. I felt very much at ease during my procedure and was treated professionally throughout. He followed up with me later on the day of surgery and the histology was reassuring. The cosmetic result was superb and recovery was uneventful. I can’t thank him enough for getting me through surgery with such a great result, and without hesitation would definitely go back to him again if required, and would definitely recommend him to anyone else. I have been a patient of Stanley Loo twice, my first one was a lesion on my face which i was very nervous about working in cosmetics. I am left with a undetectable scar that i am very happy with. When my GP was concerned with a mole on my back i requested seeing him again. I had my consult with him and his practice nurse as soon as i could during lock-down earlier this year. The process was hassle free, efficient and they made me feel very safe in uncertain times. I am very satisfied with my results, Stan and his team took great care of me. I have definitely recommend him to others looking for a plastic surgeon.

I received professional and supportive care, communication and follow up. My surgery went even better than I dreamed and my scar (or lack of) is literally invisible.
