I live nearby so buy smoothies from here often, the 3 stars isn’t for the smoothies - they are always delicious. However today your poor team had only 2 staff members on at 2:40pm and a shop full of customers waiting for their orders and another bunch waiting to order. Felt so bad for your staff. Get another staff member for your store during weekends at least \u200d️

Used to buy from here every weekend but don't go as frequently after the last few price increases. Thought I'd treat myself tonight since my favourite Strawberry Lush is the weekly special. The lady taking my order couldn't look more miserable or less interested, barely spoke to me - all 3 staff looked miserable. After waiting 20 minutes and having a handful of people who had ordered after me receive their orders and leave I finally received my smoothies which were more like juice as they were so runny which just added to my disappointment. I was looking forward to a nice, cool, thick smoothie in this afternoon heat. Great customer service (smiles and thank you) make it easier to overlook average product. Sadly I only received the average product today.

This review is based mainly on the customer service. The staff there are not rude.....at least not directly...but definitely not welcoming or friendly...they all ook unhappy to be at work...working...serving customers...??! I am a regular to this place with my daughter (because thats the closest TANK to us & the only one that opens @ 7am) & for every visit, we are made to wait...no acknowledgement that we are there & they will see us shortly...just nothing We order online, but still made to wait until they finish putting stock away, setting up, cleaning up...then they acknowledge the customer. We are your paying customers...we are your repeat business...we contribute to your wages...we deserve service with a smile AND a Welcoming attitude!!

I went into tank this afternoon and was so disappointed with the customer service. I’ve never written a review before but I felt as if I had to because of this bad experience. I ordered a salad that clearly said it was vegetarian with no meat in it. I received the salad to find chicken in it. When I returned it to the lady at the counter she practically yelled at me with the most patronising/arrogant tone. She told me it comes with chicken so she put chicken in it and made me feel like I was such an annoyance for even complaining about something that wasn’t my fault. She snatched it off me and remade it, but I didn’t walk away feeling happy, if anything it made my day worse. I have never encountered someone so rude

Been meaning to leave a review just haven’t found the time until now (it’s a bit busy in store). I’ve consistently had great customer service particularly from the manager and assistant manager. Smoothies are always great too. Keep up the good work Tank Botany Junction Team. The girl that served me today at the till 05/10/20 at 1:22pm was particularly great. Great smile and attitude.

Went here hoping for a healthy breakfast option and got anything but that. Couldn't believe there were no low sugar/carb options! Was recommended the "deep greens" juice because it had the least amount of apple and it wasn't even green; I guess they forgot the spinach! And with over 50g carbohydrate not much better than a doughnut!! Wasn't offered any ice either so was an awful warm temperature. Tasted awful and went straight in the bin, waste of 9.50

It was awesome experience for me when i wnet to botany junction , all staff having smiles on face and looks really awesome There was lady on counter who took my order her name is komal was really awesome n her customer service was brilliant. Thnkful for giving me such customer service
