Dreadful service. Took 6 attempts to obtain the correct prescriptions. Then no decency to even listen to the issue.

Disgusting staff!! So rude and the manager was not willing to admit their fault!! They threw out a script which was handed in!! Had the lady as the counter eye rolling and being extremely passive aggressive. Would NEVER go back and recommend never to go their! Beyond disappointed with the service!

Never answer their phone, either didn't deliver my meds to 4 Square or sent onto somewhere else. My apologies, medication was at 4 Square, young lady couldn't find even after looking for 10 minutes. Still would help if you answered your phone or got an answer service.

Poor customer service. She is more interested in having a gossip or an unnecessary conversation than serving the customer in front of her. And when she does eventually serve you she’s cold and rude. Very disappointing. But when I have dealt directly with the pharmacists they have been very helpful and kind. It’s a shame the person serving you is so rude and lets down what could be amazing (good stock/gift ideas and pharmacists) pharmacy.

Lady who works the counter greeted us, only once we asked to look at the selection of fake nails she grunted in frustration and proceeded to drop them on the table in front of us. 1/5 felt very unwelcomed and more of an inconvenience than a valued customer.
