I would recommend Ivy Clinic to anyone! Since having trouble with acne over the past year or so I have been to a number of different skin clinics, and Ivy (and Bell) is the only one that has actually helped me. The difference in my skin is incredible, and I am so thankful. Not only are the facials healing and targeted, they are relaxing and a real treat too!! And the skincare range is amazing. 10/10

Had such a good first consultation with Catherine. She took the time to look at my skin and explain which products would be best suited to it and why. I have seen amazing results since using the recommended serums and moisturisers and am really looking forward to my first facial later this month!

I've had A LOT of facials. And usually there's a compromise between feeling really looked after, and the results you get. Not this time. I was lucky to have a facial recently with the wonderful Bels at Ivy. From the start she made me feel very comfortable. After looking closely at my skin she recommended a facial with a gentle peel. At every step she explained what she was doing and why she was using the products. Then she finished with a heavenly face massage. Bliss. And my skin is still glowing, a week on! This is my new happy place. Thanks Bels and the Ivy team x

Worst experience from first point of contact via phone. Consult phone call was 10 minutes after the booked time. Kayleigh botched up the procedure that she did. I called to inform them of the bad result and they booked another phone call to discuss this with me which was fine. This follow up call was 30 minutes passed the confirmed time. I asked to be called back as it was an inconvenient time when Kayleigh bothered to call and no apologies for how late she called past the booked time. Kayleigh was very rude and we booked another time to discuss, she then said goodbye and hung up on me. I received a confirmation text the following day to confirm our third phone call and Kayleigh never even bothered to stick to this either. Still no word from them. They obviously had no intention of fixing what they did. I have been to another professional Queenstown business and they fixed what was done badly by The Ivy Clinic. I would never return and cannot recommend to anyone. Very disappointed customer. Only came here because I was brought a voucher to use there EDIT: I was woken by a text at 07:12am from The Ivy Clinic 4 days after the booked appointment to discuss this review. Due to this I will not be responding to their message.

Highly recommend! A wonderful facial; professional, spa-like experience combined with real skin-care knowledge and advice. Staff are personable, down to earth, love what they do and genuinely care about improving the appearance of the skin. This is the first facial I have had where I've experienced visually and tonally noticeable improvements.
