Words cannot do this experience justice. We were very lucky with the weather, and our pilot Greg was amazing and had so much knowledge about the glacier and the surrounding area as we flew up. The whole process from the ground to the sky was so professional. What a once in a lifetime experience!

We had a perfect, cloudless day to enjoy our flight on the helicopter. Stunning scenery, fantastic experience, the highlight of our West Coast trip. Highly recommend it!!

It was a RIP off. We arrived early for a booked flight and had to wait almost an hour while the company took care of walk ins and a deer hunting look see by the pilot. We no sooner got in the the copter and put on the head sets when we heard another pilot say we would not get to land on the glacier. The pilot took off anyway and all we got was a buzz over the lower bits. I have seen Glaciers up close but never landed on one this is why we booked the flight. Our 20 minute flight was reduced to 9 minutes. We did get a refund of 20.00 each. This was a kick in the face. If this is how they deal with NewZealanders I hate to think what care overseas visitors get. I understand weather changes but the pilots know the conditions and should not have took off. It seems all they wanted was our money and screw the service. A horrible company avoid them.

Incredible experience! 100% worth the cost. Staff were so friendly and helpful, and very realistic about weather conditions. Felt super safe and equally exhilarated on the helicopter flight, and managed a snow landing on the Franz Josef Glacier. Amazing scenery, a must do!

Thank you Glacier helicopters for such a memorable experience. The staff is super friendly, take pride in their work and exude positivity. Our helicopter ride was smooth and the pilot, Tim, made sure we were comfortable at all times. The twin glacier tour itself was breathtaking. Just when you think your experience cannot get any better, the staff went above and beyond to courier back my sunnies I left in their office free of charge.
