An absolutely incredible experience! Such an amazing way to see the sights of Franz Josef. The staff made me feel at ease and so excited about my very first sky dive. I would recommend this sky dive to anyone!

Perfect place to do skydiving. A must do activity once in lifetime. Very safe. The staff is well trained and very humble. They will make sure you get most out of every penny spent.
I did my first skydive with them and I am so happy with the experience. Everything is well organized and you feel safe. Everyone is nice and the experience is amazing. They allowed me to change my booking to make sure we jumped on a clear day. The views of the alps were insanely beautiful! The jump and landing was smooth. The descent was fun! I would do it again and it is a must do in Franz Josef!
An incredible and unforgettable experience from start to end. The lady who greeted us at the reception desk was extremely friendly and enthusiastic and even though our jump was pushed back due to the weather she didn't make us feel disappointed at al and immediately offered us a slightly later jump. Thankfully the low clouds cleared in time and we were driven to the hanger to wait for our turn. All the staff and dive instructors were amazingly positive and friendly and kept such an excitable vibe going for everyone. Whilst getting equipment fitted and sorted you could tell they were all very thorough and took everything very seriously which made my husband and I feel extremely safe and in good hands. The plane journey up to 20,000ft was obviously very scenic and you could see all over Mount cook national park, Franz Josef Glacier and out to sea on the other side. The jump itself was a once in a life time feeling throughout. I was surprised at how safe I felt which meant I could fully enjoy every second. I would have happily done it all again and again until the sun went down! So glad we jumped with SkyDive Franz and will be recommending to everyone we know!
UNREAL EXPERIENCE - AMAZING STAFF - 100% RECOMMEND For over 8 years I've promised my brother for his 18th birthday, my dad, myself and him would go skydiving, and we finally were able to check this box off our bucket list! My dad even lost over 60 pounds in order to do this jump with me and my brother. My family and I visited Franz Josef on our vacation to New Zealand. I reach out to Skydive Franz/Fox Glacier from Chicago, IL before our trip and they were super responsive and helped with all my questions right off the bat. We had a reservation for the afternoon on a Thursday. Because of the cloudy weather (which no one can help) Skydive Franz quickly and easily rescheduled us to the following day. We arrived in the morning and still clouds, Lily, the manager, again quickly moved us to the noon flight. Thankfully the clouds cleared just enough for us to safety dive at noon! Once we were at the base, our guides suited us up, got us in the plane and explained the basics of the jump. None of felt overloaded with information and the guides did an awesome job keeping our minds occupied before our flight. The dive was extraordinary! Our guides are obviously highly skilled, and captured AMAZING video/photo footage of our first skydiving flight! We are SO thankful to the staff of Skydive Franz and hope to visit again! Don't hesitate - GO TO SKYDIVE FRANZ, and invest in the photo/video package! You will NOT regret it!
TOP 5 BEST EXPERIENCES IN MY LIFE So much better than I expected, the whole experience was everything I wanted. I jumped at 16000 feet over the Franz Josef glacier on a clear day and it will be one of my favourite memories. The instructors are all great give clear information that made myself and those around me feel excited and safe at the same time, plus as we were ascending to the jump height they walked us through each step while pointing out landmarks and information about the history and geography of the area. WOULD 100% DO IT AGAIN and recommend anyone reading these reviews to book it now. If i did it again I would do the Kea jump at 20000 feet.
