I Had booked a skip bin for Wednesday(27/11) to Friday and the bin didn't arrive untill 4:45pm on Wednesday. I rung the 0800 no. but it had such a long wait, no one answered the call for 20-30 minutes then I had to head to the waste management office at around mid day, but the staff their was least concerned and didn't help much. I called again at 3 pm and after 40 minutes someone answered the call and tried to get hold of the driver but failed to do so even then. I had an extra labor hired for that day to help me with the rubbish as I had planned to return to Auckland on Wednesday night, So I had to pay the guy for 4 hours and stay another day. I still had to pay for the full day of bin hire. Very very unhappy with the Waste management team up in Gisborne
