Location great. No customer service. Lady on counter was pleasant and helpful. Just purchased Royal Doulton towels. Took home washed to find one has a complete seam stripped out on side of towel. First time shopping in store since March last year and not going back for a while to replace

Large Briscoes store inside Glenfield Mall. Location is nice and easily accessible by car or public transport. Ample parking is available in the mall. Separate entrance allows for shopping in the extended hours when the mall is closed. The staff is very nice and helpful. Product variety and range is large and lot of choice is available. Click and collect is available too. Highly recommended overall.

Service was somewhat shocking. Went to refund an item for which I didn't collect yet and paid with afterpay. Manager who assisted me didn't know how long refunds would take. Also the courtesy and manners that normally come with service and front facing staff was lacking. Seems to be normal in the store as the person helping in the next check out was also quite rude with other customers.... Maybe because it was 5pm and they were tutted tired, but that shouldn't be an excuse

I will not be going back to the Glenfield store again. The customer service i just received was absolutely rubbish. Please teach your junior staff how to treat customers
