Trusted and the best place for all tech needs. Exceptional customer service and techno advise. Would go again and advise other definitely to go there. I was having trouble with my phone, then somebody suggested me to visit Omni Tech in Glen field Mall, and Voila I am highly satisfied with their services. I was attended by a beautiful lady who goes by the name of Meenu. She was very reassuring and entertained all my queries gave valuable suggestions for my phone. Straight 5 stars for customer service, delivery, timely resolution and satisfaction. *****

My iPhone 8 plus was dead. It wasn't charging, i thought their is fault in the charging jack. I took it to a private mobile repair shop and they told me they will look into it but i will loose the data. Then i went to Glenfield mall and saw Omni tech there. Meenu was at the front desk. She did software upgrade on my phone and fixed it within 30 45 minutes.Definitely will visit there next time if i will need any assistant for mobile repairs.

Critical.it is not a reliable place. very dishonest they charged me 400 and after 3 weeks my phone had some issues.not recommend. they asked me to give a positive feedback after they fixed my phone so i did not approved good quality.

Just wanted to say that Meenu Choudhary served both myself and my husband yesterday and we walked away, feeling very happy and satisfied with Meenu's excellent customer service and care. Meenu was thoughtful, patient, and extremely supportive and her technical capabilities far outweighed some of the tech support personnel we have encountered in telephone provider stores as well as the larger ones like Noel Leeming. Well done you Meenu!!

Irresponsible, very poor quality, poor customer service, Trust me never ever go to their shop as my phone got worse. They dont even deserve one star. Customers dont HESITATE to contact me for more details about this irresponsible shop...and you won't regret
