Had fibre fitted through Spark. Installers drilled a hole through my laminate flooring which I only had fitted 6 months earlier. When I contacted Spark they gave me a Web address for Chorus which didn't deal with complaints. I emailed Spark again but they never replied. I have emailed several times but clearly they are not interested.

After a terrible experience via the chat function on the spark website, I went in store and received the best customer service from Jess. She was able to look into what had happened and fix the issue. She also listened to what I had to say, and defuse the situation from my side, as I was very unhappy. I will call the store or pop in from now on! Thank you!!
