Very very rude drivers. Asked driver why he was late but only a question didn't mean to harm anyone but driver started telling at me in front off everyone. Don't ever use this service. I'm not anymore. I'll rather hitch now after embarrassing me in front off others. Be careful with drivers as well most off them are rude. I caught 2 buses not even one bus drive was polite..

In my experience with InterCity, they’re always late. Always. Buses are average at best in terms of condition and many don’t have power or wifi. Mana Bus was a superior service in every way, too bad they were bought out by this “half-pie” crowd. Now we have no choice. RIP Mana Bus.

Rudest driver I've ever come across on the Auckland to Rotorua, I'll definitely be having a word to him once i get to my destination. If you hate your job so much and dealing with customers maybe find a job where you are not dealing with people! Before the bus has even left he's been rude to 4 people already, consistent i guess. The bus didn't come for on the day , we did received a text saying it will be 45 mins late but we wait there for more than 1 1/2 hour it still din't come, when I've call them after , they just say the bus did came and they are not sure where we went ?! Is Christmas on that day where can we go ? There are also a group of people waiting for the same bus ,how can we missed the bus? Really bad service , not recommended

I have used Intecity often , Ak to Napier , Ak to Queenstown and many other places . There and back .Tommorrow I am going to Thames and then to Tapu on my choice "Intercity' . 1963 to 2017 I still like the bus service and the drivers .

This is the worst bus company ever. I catch it to school every day and it’s always at least ten minutes late and some days it doesn’t even come to my stop. Never use this bus if your traveling to work or school because half the time it doesn’t even come
