Can't speak highly enough of Greg and the team at Grey Ford After many years of thinking and talking about a new car, decided it was time to take action. Greg and Ashleigh had the patience of saints with all my questions, nothing was a problem, and communication was outstanding.

Excellent service and facilities. Always find the team to be really helpful and always willing to go above and beyond to get the job done. Can't say there's a better workshop in Greymouth! Lovely staff to deal with :)

In the last 3 years I would have completed more than 100 transactions with greyford, mainly with the parts department and there service has been exceptional. Lately I've had great experiences with the workshop in doing 5 wheel alignments for me. They really know there stuff..

We went in to have our 2005 transit motorhome checked as it was having an issue, with starting and also wanted our tires looked at. They told us we needed a new fuel pump and 4 tires to the tune of 5000 dollars not including the tires. Only looked at their computer, no visual inspection of the mechanical components. We went to the tire place down the road and were told only one tire needed to be replaced. Found a diesel mechanic in Christchurch who said he had never seen a fuel pump fail. Turns out it was a loose wire on the glow plugs tightened it down and starting no problem . Buyer beware of these guys. Cant even imagine letting them actually work on our vehicle
