I was looking for a certain engagement ring that was not sold anymore as the Showcase Jeweler in my city had closed down. Contacted Greymouth Showcase Jewelers, they were more than happy to find the ring and sourced the exact one from the manufacture. They send the ring to me and it was perfect. customer service was very good. Definitely recommend.

I had jewellery stolen when I visited Sydney. These ladies were fantastic; they liaised with the insurance company and helped me choose the best replacements for the jewellery I lost. They made an awful incident so much better. Thanks Girls!! Really appreciate everything you did.
