Food seemed nice and fresh. Was a bit under staffed so it was slow, and the restaurant tables were messy. I can't blame them, as you can only do what you can do. Staff were friendly and helpful. Have been here many times, and will go again

Absolutely filthy rubbish all over floor and tables and receipts/food on tables from over 2hours ago. Food was good but we felt extremely yuck eating there
Wasn't happy about the service, all the tables in the restaurant were not cleaned, we dined in, I offered to clean the table, the response wea.."I'm quiet capable of cleaning the table he said...got our meal, and had to ask again for the table to be cleaned. Got a piece of chicken with my zinger burger..I asked"jarrard what piece it was", as I thought it was half a wing, he said he didn't known what it was. I asked to change it please, he said he couldn't as it was already in the box. I said, I didn't put it in the box, and asked him if he would be happy if he got that piece of chicken? He said no, I said I'm not happy either, please change it.
Not bad but chicken a bit dry.
Floor was messy . Chicken tasted like it had been sitting around for a long time and old oil. It's about time all KFCs got a an overhaul as nearly every KFC in New Zealand has similar problems.
You would have to want KFC really bad to go to this one. Probably not the staffs fault. They look like they could do with more help.A long wait and filthy surroundings. Only worth one star but the other is for the hard working staff.
The toilets were absolutely disgusting. There was water under the tables and everything was dirty table included. I would hate to see the state of the kitchen where our food is prepared.
The hygiene it this place is revolting you can't even sit a a clean table they really need to address this. And there toilets I would prefer use long drop . Food was ok
