The service we have received from the Greymouth branch has been exemplary. The staff who have served us have been very helpful, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They've sent people out to our home to help with issues, they have been absolutely wonderful.

Greatly understaffed, the staff were very helpful once you got to them, however they need to hire and extra person or the manager needs to help. Online and call centre absolute rubbish.

Have you ever tried ringing Noel Leeming? the phone system fails to offer an option to be able to ring a store directly, but takes 5 minutes before you get to speak to a person who can then give me the extension for the store. (my inquiry was responded to with 'you must contact your store). so to remedy, either add a selection where one can select a store and also add the extension on the web site. you can already tell me on the website when I last visited the store. currently Noel Leeming offers one of the worst telephone experiences around
