Went into this store to make some changes to both my plan and set up a new plan for my husband. The team member who helped us made promises of certain changes to both our accounts that were not carried out. It took more than a week speaking g with the store and customer service and in the end we didnt get what we signed up for as both the store and customer service said as plans had changed and they couldn't honour what we had been promised. A very frustrating and time wasting ordeal.

I went to get my phone charge, staff ( Victoria) told me, " we are doing it for free, so dont teach me" . Just because i asked her to please look at the screen when she attach charger if it starts charging or not. So rude and disrespectful !
