Sent serval emails abour services never hear any thing back, get charged for no drops off since the driver just assumed we were closed. kitchen cloths are that thin and useless also, wouldn't recommend this company

Also I provided great towel service, our driver is great, but their customer service at head office is appalling! Don’t call them, send emails and have written copies so you have something to back you up when you really have to get your message or request across. That’s all. If you guys sort this out over the next few months I’m happy re-review my review.
The dash cam footage if one of their truck drivers was shocking. Whoever was driving that small truck could have killed innocent people. They narrowly missed an oncoming vehicle in fog. It would be the worst over taking with oncoming traffic on double yellow lines i have ever seen. Terrible .
Rude Employee!! I needed to drop an item off directly opposite Alsco, Hamilton. The street parking was full. Alsco had 2 vehicles in front of their building with space for another 4. I thought I would just ask in their office if I could park there for a minute. Not a chance! An employee yelled at me as soon as I exited my car MOVE IT OR GET TOWED" . I said 'pardon' He repeated it even louder for the benifit of the street. I believe he could have approched me in a more respectful way. This type of attitude does not help your public image
If your a small business, they are not interested and sadly lack customer service and general friendliness, which used to be the Kiwi way. Not a company I would like to deal with again.
