Fur Purse

Rang twice over the last few days and both times got an Indian lady who cannot speak English verry well second time I called she told me to “come her home” I assume she meant come to the store But just to confirm I had not rung a residential phone I ask her what the business name was, she confirmed I was ringing the right number but unfortunately because of the barrier between languages I could not get the information I needed and do not trust my device with someone who cannot even communicate what the problem is or how much it will cost to get fixed In English so I will go to someone else.
