This store was a great place to experience a lovely friendly atmosphere. The staff were fantastic and helpful along with being knowledgeable about the products. It makes a big difference to go into a shop these days and be greeted with a smile. Well done Army and Outdoors!!

The gear at this store is amazing and priced well. Although I would highly recommend using the website, as the customer service at the Hamilton store is abysmal, the management had the store assistants so scared to do anything they were rendered useless. Not suprising there was no customers apart from me in the store, I'm guessing they were scared away by aggressive superior attitude of the manager as i was. In addition to this, they are not open on Sunday one of the main retail shopping days for many people.
