Was a horrible experience as a tenant. Very rude and un-helpful. Gregory who was our landlord would often threaten us and accuse us of lying. There were many issues with the property that was hidden by the old tenants as we had come to discover. The curtains were moldy and I had to often chase him up, i ended up just giving up and lived with moldy curtains the whole year. There was no curtain netting again for the duration of the year. Every week we received an email stating that we had not paid rent, and that it was overdue, accompanied by an email of our receipt for our payment! We also had last minute house viewings with 2 hours worth of notice. Accused us of being "absolutely filthy" for minor things, refer to images. Also would break the law and take advantage of tenants who are new to renting to best fit their interest, captured example is giving less than 24hrs notice before having someone come and view the property. I would not recommend Greg as a property manager, he is a first class con-artist. I wish I had studied the other reviews before signing a contract with him.

Not recommended at all. Really bad customer service and highly rude. I was one of their tenant for few months, they were very unprofessional and uncooperative. When we were leaving, we did professional cleaning and spent 100 for carpet cleaning but still they sent me the invoice of 300 GST Apart from this, they used to send unnecessary emails (wrong emails) all the time. I received an email from about inspection 2 weeks ago, while we have already moved to a new house 3 months ago. I have been a tenant with 2 other agencies and never had any issues. Asked us to give them the 5 star rating and earn 10 each.
