The Lost Pineapple

They gave me the wrong car part (WOF people's mistake). Because of their "no refund policy" I thought I just lost my 200. Then a staff named Sarge went out of his way, made a few phone calls & promised he'll get my part with no extra charge, which they don't normally do. A week later I went back to their shop, spoke to a friendly staff named Guy & I got my part which was delivered from their other yard. THANK YOU! Will definitely do business with Atlas again & would recommend to friends. Just be patient though if you don't know much about car parts coz one staff/owner (I didn't get the name) kind of talks you down. Also, they don't ring you even if you've given them your contact number so you'll have to ring them or go to their yard if you want to followup on something. But other than that, they are accommodating (including their mechanics) & reasonable price too.
