Absolutely amazing service. Always so helpful and knowledgeable about baby seats. I bought a new car and needed my sons seat fixed in properly and the wonderful staff member went above and beyond making sure the seat was safe and secure - all for FREE!! Definitely a 5 star place

Nicely laid-out little shop, although definitely on the upper end of the price range. Unfortunately when we were there on a weekend, there simply weren't enough staff - one employee trying to give advice to one set of customers (which she was doing a great job of, to her credit) while everyone else just stood around waiting. After about 10 minutes of this we left and went elsewhere.

Shop is inviting. Staff are friendly and super helpful. They always make time to answer questions. I love being able to take the car seats I've purchasd in store back to them for help with installation into cars, and help with refitting the seat to fit my daughter as she grows. I'm excited about the new loyalty programme too. Great work BOTM!
