I love Boyds. My family and friends have been going there for years for our road riding gear. They are always willing to help and I really mean help! It took me an hour to decide on q helmet and they didn't bat an eyelid. They are awesome at supporting you for a warranty claim, which we have only had to do once but it was such an easy process. I really cannot recommend Boyds enough. Even if only for some advice, Boyds is where it's at for bikes.

We rocked up on a V-Rod and left on a BMW GS800A and experienced a super service from end to end. The new (to us) bike was made ready without a fuss and when we went back to do the actual swap we found the Apparel Shop ... need I say more! The entire team from bike sales to the help we got with picking new riding outfits and intercom was fantastic.

Well what can I say about our favourite motorbike shop? We spend way too much money here, but so, so worth it! Brilliant staff throughout, from the Sales Crew to the Workshop to our favourite team in parts to Greg and Sue. This is a business which go out of their way, that extra mile to help! Competitive prices, and a good stock of all motox gear.

Good range of parts and accessories. Staff here are well trained, friendly and knowledgeable. Service department care and attention to detail not so good. Not sure if this is due to a lack of knowledge and experience on euro bikes or if euro bikes are just more problematic. Tyre prices are very good, but definitely take photos of your rims beforehand

Boyds are awesome. Dave in service was super helpful and the parts team are friendly and efficient. Although i live in Auckland i would rather get parts and help from Boyds in Hamilton than the AKL bike shops.

Very poor and slack service, took a blown front fork in for a seal repair, took two weeks to get done, I took the bike out for its first ride 1 month after works were completed and it blew out, I phoned them and asked how they'd like to fix it, they never got back to me... after taking to another bike shop to get it fixed, they found that a washer had been left out... if youre going to charge an arm and a leg for a job that takes two weeks, atleast do the f'n job right!

Large variety, but service is lacking a bit, especially in terms of product knowledge. They are always willing to get something in, if they don't have it in stock.
