This is the worst store i have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. The customer service was beyond terrible. I booked my laptop in for repair on the charge port. They quoted the job, then once had the laptop apart decided to ring me and nearly double the price. They then didn't call me to say it was completed. When i turned up to find out what was going on a week later my laptop was on the counter with the back off. They told me the battery was broken and i would need to pay for a new one, unknown to them had done a battery check the week before i dropped it off. After a lot of waiting and arguing the man who does the repairs clipped the battery cable back into its port and it magically worked again, surprise, surprise i didn't need a new battery. To finish it all off once i go home i realized all the screws in the back had been but into the wrong places causing the front of the case to have dents from their incompatibilities. This place should be called Con-Fix, these guys are con artist's. I'm sure this will be followed by some sort of threat or claiming this to be a fake review like other have received but i can assure you this is not. Please anyone thinking about using these guys do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. The price might sound good at first but trust me they will get you somewhere along the line. Funny how most of the positive reviews are from fake accounts. I will be sure to post this review on the 4 google pages this 1 store has.

Cost wise they were good but you get what you pay for I guess. Waited months to get laptop back (screen replacement). Supply issues apparently. I was getting worried as I looked further into the reviews and saw a lot of fake positive reviews. Screen doesn't quite fit but it was the best they could do apparently. Comms were non-existent even when they ordered the wrong part initially, didn't know until I went in to check. But it works and it was cheap so 2 stars is fair. Would've been 3 without the delay or one of the other issues.

Had my phone screen replaced here. They failed to align the home button with the hole, so the home button is permanently askew now. They also left adhesive coming out of several parts of the phone, including all around the led and light sensor on the back of the phone. I would not recommend this repair shop. Very shoddy work.

Never go to this place, very rude guy, Very dishonest doesn’t know how to speak, instead of fixing my laptop he damaged it when i tried talk to him he started abusing me. Not recommended
