This is a great place to get your teeth sorted. Everyone there are friendly & professional. You have many payment options & can find out up front the cost. & I think you will be pleasantly surprised! I first went on a Sunday many years ago when my wife was in pain & the dentist told us to come right away & he would come from home & meet us there. This has actually happened twice. Without any question these are genuinely nice people & good dentists! Now my full family goes & we are always happy with the result Top marks guys!!

Came on the weekend to see a dentist for filling as I had a broken teeth. I was advised to come in the morning and had a less than "5 mins check" worth 50 which is fine and I paid. I was advised to get an extraction for wisdom teeth quoted for 400 (which is again fine with me - I was scheduled sometime this week). Prior on sitting on the chair, a full mouth X-ray was done for me (assuming that this was included on the consult fee- which other clinic usually does). Later that day I've rang the clinic to request for a copy of my X-ray (I've actually spoken to the dentist who looked after me in the morning). He mentioned that "ALL XRAY COPIES ARE BEING SENT ON A MONDAY" so again I gave the benefit of the doubt. I made a follow-up on Monday and spoke to the receptionist and I was surprised that I was asked to pay 68 FOR A COPY OF MY XRAY???? I've never encountered this before! I have worked in a dental practice for over 3 years and this is just horrible!!! They refused to release the copy of my Xray which violates my right as a patient. "We wont release your xray unless you pay us 68". All staff has lack and incompetent communication! You guys should be accurate with the details you give to your patients. I forgot to mention that before coming at the clinic I was advised that you accept "AFTERPAY" but when I came you don't!!!! I asked the dentist couple of times and he did confirmed. I rarely give review but you guys deserve a "0" rating! I will not stop here. I will raise a formal complaint to the NZDA! 22/02/2021 4:11PM: I don't owe you anything in the first place and don't made me look that I didn't pay you! The fact that you didn't communicate it well before doing the procedure violates my right to be informed! You do even have a poster saying "Xray cost - 15" then why not include a specific amount for that Pan Xray??? Don't make us look stupid here.

If I could I would have given a minus 5 review. Dentist is extremely rude towards any client that asks questions. Didn't even do a complete examination. Spent 1500 with this idiot. Only to have to pay another dentist another 1000 for further work that was needed originally. Asked for my dental notes & treatment records only to be yelled at.
