There are so many other solutions out there to get the results needed which are more cost effective. I did the 4 month plan (out of desperation really after being told by a new hairdresser at my salon that I had alopecia!) My initial consultation was helpful and I signed up that day after being told that my hair was in a resting phase. From there the customer service was ok, but not superb considering the amount of money spent. The hair test results from the laboratory gave some explanation, but without a discussion re. the source of the problem/diet/lifestyle was just a piece of paper with A LOT of information to take in. I was in the UK when unknown to me, I was due for a follow up consultation. They didn't bother getting back in touch to see me again so that was that. Would I recommend to people I know? Probably not. I'd probably recommended Watermans first or the service and products provided by Philip Kingsley. They discuss diet and look at all aspects of what the problem could be and even though the consultations are online for us are way more helpful.
