Crown unpacked when we moved to NZ and they have now packed us again as we move back overseas. Both experiences have been excellent with Crown Hamilton team. They are professional , courteous, thorough, careful and work really hard to get job done. The process of planning and booking was really easy and they maintained good contact throughout process. The team that packed us , in particular Tristan, Kelly , Adrian , were excellent. The quality of packing materials are excellent. Took great care packing ornaments and breakables. Thoroughly recommend Crown Hamilton.

We were very fortunate to approach Crown Relocations to move our household goods from Hamilton to Christchurch and receive the outstanding service we did. The whole process was simple from initial quote stage to final stages of getting into our home. Alan Torr was informative, great with following up and making himself available for questions and concerns. Harold, Anthony, Paul and Joseph made quick work of packing everything down and taking time to safely secure and store our items in our container. The whole process was wrapped up within two weeks - evaluation, quote, payment, moving plan, move executed, items secured and shipped. Such great service!! Thank you team for relieving us of the pressures of relocating from one island to another. Handling our move from Hamilton to Wellington we found both teams to have done a great job. Experts at fitting everything in at the Hamilton end and a well managed team. The Wellington crew had some tricky road and steps to navigate but dug in and got the job done in quick time. Friendly crews and a great move coordinator, who took it on himself to sort any issues (at a stressful time!) Well done all. Would use again.

I had some concerns to start with due to other reviews and expressed them to my moving manager. The service was assured by her and the Hamilton branch manager and it turned up an excellent outcome. Both the crews in Palmerston North and Hamilton are very friendly and professional. Regardless the bad weather, there is no water damage or breakage (a couple of new dents on piano though). The timing is pretty good too. There was a bit of mis-communication on the packing date but was rectified so it ended up aligned with the house hand over time perfectly and also my elderly mother got settled in the new house and able to sleep on her routine time after 6 hours travelling. Really appreciate the professionalism of and the team the service. The packing team know what they are doing.
