I have never left a review this bad but I am left sorely wishing I never went NEAR curtain studio. After much back and forth and inaccurate quotes we finally had half our blinds installed in October 2020, 3 needed to be resized so they were sent back. We were charged again and got confirmation that the new deposit had been received on 1st December. I followed up on 22nd December via email, no response. I called head office to follow up on 29 Jan 2021, was promised someone would get back to me and never heard from them. Followed up again on 4th Feb and same story. Called again today on 23rd Feb and was told the blinds were only sent to the supplier on the 5th Feb! 2 months after we confirmed our deposit. I cannot begin to express how horrendous this customer service experience has been!!!! We are STILL waiting and I am guessing we will never see these blinds again! Never ever go near these guys!

We usually go there and get normal service. But the new assistant manager was very helpful when getting a sheer curtain. She knew everything about curtains and guided us giving tricks and information. Thank you for the awesome friendly staff experience.

I had average customer service here the first couple of times I went in to buy curtains, but then I went in one day and there was a lady working there who was absolutely AMAZING - she got me completely sorted (I was like, WOW), and then she gave me a discount because the curtains & blind I ended up with weren't part of the sale. I have never experienced customer service like that, ever - unfortunately I didn't get her name and I don't think she usually works at the Victoria Street shop. 15 October, 2018

where do I start... I was told the ready made curtains would be available in so many days, however, it was a whole week later. Once the curtains where up which looked lovely, there was a whole set missing in the dinning area. After several phone calls later and a couple more weeks after that they finally appeared. 4 weeks of lost rental money..... do the figures!
