Full credit to Dai for going above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable with the outcome of my garage door replacement. It’s a shame that some initial miscommunication on the expected outcome meant that I was initially left disappointed. Communication is key. If everyone is on the same page, customers are kept up to date and know what to expect, problems like mine can be avoided. But I am now a happy customer and would use Dominator again.
Our installer was professional, knowledgeable and generally great to deal with. He clearly explained what was required and the install was completed without issues. I would recommend Dominator Hamilton for anyone looking for a new or replacement door.
Exceptional service from Dominator Hamilton team. Had issues with our garage door not opening, spoke to Dai at Dominator who had a technician there same day. Tech was very knowledgeable & friendly and resolved issue (replaced motor) on the spot!! Can’t recommend highly enough. Thanks guys!!
Rang and requested a new garage door to be fitted into an existing garage. They worked directly with our builder and communication was bang on, door went up without an issue and looks perfect, the installation team where very polite and didn’t muck around. We also had fitted 3xmotors to existing doors and bird brushes. All in all great job, especially considering the short notice and tight timeframe they worked in.
Really impressed with the service at Dominator garage doors . Our door had to be replaced and the communication from the team was excellent . The door was installed and looks wonderful , and there was no mess left behind . All rubbish/ wrappings were removed and everything left in pristine condition . Thank you .
Great help, advice and service. The ladies were asked to find me a remote for a Dominator which was quite old, with very short notice and they nailed it !!! And even though I expected it to work, I was thrilled when I tested it. Thanks heaps Justine
Do not use this company. 2 garage doors to be installed last week. Job not completed. Motors not installed. 1 door is not completely up and the other door is dented. We rang to ask when it would be finished and we were told it would be a couple of weeks as we would be put to the back of the list of jobs to be installed because the installer was slow and didn't finish the job. We can't get our cars in the garage and one door is not fully up. We have had to chase them to come and finish the job. We are also unhappy with the colour. When we selected the colour we were given a book to select from. We chose a grey which turns out to be brown. When we called to let them know the colour was wrong they said the book colours are wrong and it wasn't their fault. We were never given the opportunity to view actual samples. We were told to get the garage doors powder coated the colour we want and it would cost 300 per door removal and re installation of the door panels. They are not accepting any responsibility for not completing the door installation and not providing actual colour samples. We have used dominator doors twice in the past and found them to be excellent. But they are now under new owners. Do not recommend at all.
