Very unprofessional. Had an appointment for 2pm. Was initially asked to wait for 10 mins. But then ended up waiting for 45 mins. What surprises me that no one had the courtesy to call and offer a rebook/ just inform about the delay beforehand. The girl who styled my hair was lovely but there was an understanding issue. I mentioned at least three times that I did NOT want anything extra.. other than a cut and blow dry (i wanted the same services as the last visit).. even clarified when she started using the iron. However she said that was easier for her than blow dry .. so I thought she knew what I wanted. I did not have the opportunity to see what my hair looked like .. she didn't wait to check if I liked the outcome. However later the receptionist said that management had changed and that the prices/services were different and they didn't have my previous record! I ended up paying much more than what I booked for.. cos no one responded when I repeatedly said "I do NOT want anything extra".

Came here to have my long hair sheared off into a nice short bob, great work by Nicolas, really warm and friendly staff here. They were willing to offer advice and suggestions, and had a great result when I told them to do whatever looked best. Love my new hairstyle and have gotten lots of compliments!

I rang this place to get a haircut the next day. They said they could fit me in so I booked. Upon arrival there was a line and the lady in front of me was trying to get her daughters haircut, however due to mis-admin they had to rebook. I was next in line and they said they don't have time for me anymore and I wasn offered the opportunity to rebook. Can't say much for their haircuts, however I wouldn't rely on this place if you needed your hair done on a deadline.

I got a Grabone deal for global hair colour cut, which included wash, conditioner, treatment, head massage and eyebrow cleaning. I went in with a picture of exactly what colour I wanted (chocolate colour) and asked if it was possible to get the colour (my natural hair is almost black). The hairdresser told me yes it’s possible. Three hours later when my hair was done. I could tell my roots were lighter than the rest of my hair but it didn’t look terrible. Couple of weeks on and my hair dye still washes out in shower, my roots are just getting lighter and lighter. The colour contrast between the first 4inches of my roots and the rest of my hair is so obvious that it looks like a bad box-dye job at home. I’m actually very disappointed at the colour because it just looks so messy. I don’t know why the hairdresser dyed my hair from the roots to the ends when it should have been the other way round. I didn’t get a head massage and I don’t know if I got the hair treatment but I definitely wouldn’t recommend this salon for dyeing your hair.
