Paul did a fantastic job on a pre-purchase inspection for us. He was very thorough, and most importantly he took the time to show me everything on site on the day. Service was prompt and price reasonable also.
We have now used this company twice once for the house we are in and once for a house we are currently looking at. Paul pulls no punches and is methodological in completing his builders reports (he's like a little ferret going through the house [No offence intended Paul]) and has saved us loads of money and potential costs (especially on this last one). Couldn't recommend him more so easy to deal with, I called him Monday gave him my details the real estate agents details he jacked up the time with agent and completed the report, Wednesday night it was in my inbox now that's service. I don't know if he's the cheapest but he's got to be the best (or close to), do yourself and your future wallet a favour and look no further.
