Needed garden shed roof looked at. Did a web job request. Was told that they could do it the following week. On the first day of the following week they turned up. Tony the roof guy assessed the problem accurately and did the needful. Very courteous and obliging. Fee was fairly reasonable. Would highly recommend!

Had to get some relatively urgent Gutter work. Tony the Roofing guy rang, came and saw what was needed he thought and talked it through with us. He went and got fittings etc and didn't muck around getting the job done. Very polite and experienced. The account seemed fair. Thanks

Great customer service. Last thing anyone would want to do on a hot sunday afternoon is climb up in a roof and crawl under a house, but it's what Matt did to make sure he understood the problem, before fixing it. And to top it off, he did an awesome job entertaining his 'shadow' aka my 3 year old. Would definitely recommend.
Had a leak in my hot water cylinder. Called for urgent attention. Was told someone would ring me back. Waited 3 hours, nobody had called, so called them back & finally got through to Bruce who told me they could not do anything for 2 weeks. Why they did not say at the time I first called is a mystery. They need a course in customer service & communication skills.
Had a big toilet blockage and they were patient and finally worked out the problem when other companies couldn't. Excellent service.
Contractors from this company blocked my accessway and were threatening when asked to move.
