Dealing with a very rude and unprofessional older woman at the Ford Service Dept has made me very cross leaving me feel very upset. I would have expected better service and treatment from a reputable Company and will be taking my vehicle elsewhere in future. Mazda Service Dept was Excellent, if only I had a Mazda!! Would NOT recommend the Ford Service Dept at Fairview Motors!!!

Nicely located on Te Rapa straight, easy parking off the main road. A decent sized car yard with Fords and Mazdas, mostly Fords. The yard extends around the back of the building, so there are more cars than there seem to be from the street. Closed on Boxing Day.

Visited the Fairview motors twice and twice hugely disappointed. First visit enquired about the Ford Ranger for our business but never heard back after filling in lots of forms! So bought a Mitsibitshi Triton two weeks later instead. Today I visited again to look at the Ford Everest as a family car, was told there were none available to see or test drive! So I asked if there were any coming in soon, and stated my preferences but got the reply: DONT ASK ANY QUESTIONS I CANT ANSWER ANYWAY! So decided to leave and on my way out had a look at the Ford Everest on the yard! I tried twice to buy a car from Fairview within a 3 month span but ended up with a Triton & Volvo xc90 instead. Shame on you for not taking women seriously and treating customers like that. If you feel the need to discuss and apologise please do.
