We had been talking about getting new carpet for quite awhile and had visited many stores in through out that time. Walking onto Flooring Design we were welcomed by the staff and made to feel at ease. The staff were always friendly and willing to help anytime we phoned or called into the store. We felt like we were the only people looking at getting carpet which was a good feeling rather than being just another 'number' so to speak. Flooring Design were highly recommended by a family member who had used them four times prior to us and we are now highly recommending Flooring Design to anyone reading these comments. We want to say a big Thank You to all those who dealt with us during the process, we love the choice of carpet and are extremely happy with our purchase.

We had our bungalow in Forest Lake carpet supplied by Flooring Design, Te Rapa. The service was great, we went in with a fixed idea of what we wanted and came out with something completely different and couldn't have been more happy with the final choice. The advice was professional, informative and pricing was competitive. The installer did the job in amazing time and totally transformed our home. It was the icing on the cake for a five year renovation project and finished it off beautifully. I wouldn't hesitate going back to them again. The free upgrade to premium underlay made it all the more luxurious too.

We are so pleased with the final result. Even though COVID got in the way and delayed things for us, as soon as it was available the team arranged for installation straight away. We went for the Thorndon solution dyed nylon and laminate flooring, and we are so pleased with the combination. The team at Flooring Design were great to work with and made an effort to return any calls or emails as necessary. Highly recommend.

Shopped around and found Flooring Design's quote for the same products for a complete house lot of carpet and vinyl was literally ver a thousand dollars cheaper than opposition. Excellent quality job done in a pleasant and efficient manner. Outstanding result.

Incredibly disappointed with vinyl installation. Floor not levelled properly in 3 rooms. Completely inadequate floor preparation and very poor quality workmanship. Edges of vinyl in all rooms messy. Would NOT recommend or use EVER again!!!!! If you want high quality workmanship use another company. SO MANY EXCUSES, trying to blame existing flooring and my house. You quoted for job and quite happily took the money for it. Fully regret that I paid for it. Never told me I needed to do anything at all before you did the work. If you seriously think I would ever pay Flooring Design to do more work in my house, you're dreaming!! You should be ashamed of this substandard job Ray & Jacqui!!! Ps. Someone who is paid by Flooring Design is not 'independent' and not sure why they qualify as an 'expert'.LOL!
