I'm not based in Hamilton but I have regularly purchased from the website as I've found Fountain City carry good stock of Le Mieux, where my local (South Auckland) saddlery stores can be a bit hit and miss with styles & colours. Each time the order has been dispatched promptly, and the staff have been very helpful with any queries I had - going as far as to send me photos of items modelled on particular sized saddles before I purchased. I've had a problem with an item I ordered not arriving with all of the accessories specified - this was a supplier error. Fountain City followed up as they said they would and responded to me with a solution. I'm not usually one to leave reviews, but I'm impressed by their genuine customer service.
