Pathetic supplier. Has been out of basic products for more than 5 weeks now . Has told several times to the team but still nothing. Called them today to enquire and was told to talk to the Buyers team and then put me on hold. I waited for 15 mins and no one picked up still. If you are into food business its best to move to other suppliers and don't rely on Gilmours.

I bought tomato paste which I wanted to return. So a very rude lady asked me if I'm going to buy other items instead. And I said ok I will grab a replacement so she agree that I return the items. I went inside and got cheaper tomato paste, onions I wanted to the cashier the same rude lady told me I have to have business card which she could of told me before getting into the store to look for replacement. If there is less than one star I would evaluate. People don't forget how bad place that was in a terrible time for most of families. There is no way all the people were inside had a business card my own guess is they hand it to eachother to buy items. The rude lady at the end was telling me now next time you will know you should if have business card to buy. What the wrong with these people. I won't buy from this terrible store even if they announce stuff for free.

I bought things here a couple times without using a business card. Today I go in wanting to purchase Cheesecake ingredients for a 5th birthday Event, the family can not afford much and so they are paying it forward. I had a lady who rudely asked me if I was a business I said no I have bought here no longer than 2 weeks ago without a business card? She rudely said well that was then, also asked me to take my things back where I found them. The lady in front of me offered me to use her business card yet the lady at the counter said NO YOU CANT DO THAT in the rudest way possible. Now I can only assume that a lot of other people go in there using someone else’s card, I did not no this prior, or else I would have gone prepared. Will NOT be going back. If I could give less than one star I would. Change counter staff for future customers, rude old lady.

Unfortunately not allowed in today as I haven't got a Gilmour card. So make sure to have one before proceeding or otherwise will send you back home.
