Inconsistent with the work been done. Could list detailed issues but the biggest issue was Gaurav tried to charge me a ludicrous bill of over 4 times what I paid before for " just a clean" which I verbally consented to. Second issue was Gaurav told me I had two fillings to do when I went back he could not see which ones needed doing. Bad decision of mine still agreed to get it done after he eventually pulled out record and found the tooth, had the work done, got infection from it. waited days to be seen again. Gaurav is great with telling you which work needs doing in the future and provide you with expensive treatment plan. Gaurav is great with having the same day appointment available, however will make you wait for days to be seen when there's problems to follow up on. ( e.g. Infection followed by his treatment). Also check expiry date when you buy products from him.
