We had a deck area around the pool which was old and needed to be refreshed. We chose Groundcover because of the testimonials and they seemed to be on the same wave-length as us. Graeme was very friendly, on-time, listened to what we wanted, and then came up with a proposal which looked great on paper, but which was outstanding when finished.
We moved to a new property with an old garden and not much more. We wanted to put a pool in and redevelop the garden area, along with an outdoor living space. Our pool company recommended getting Groundcover to come and quote the job for us. We chose them as it was quite a large job and they showed a good understanding of what we wanted to achieve and could provide a large variety of skills allowing them to be able to do all the work required (tiling, building, fencing, pool shed, decking, seating etc!!). They communicated extremely well throughout the project and were easy to deal with. The end result is exactly what we wanted. We found the team professional, timely, friendly and easy to work with. They were great to bounce ideas off and would often find the solution for a space or idea I had and turn it into a fantastic end product.
I contacted Groundcover after being let down by a previous landscaper, who provided me a plan but did not come up with a quote for the job after months of ringing and emailing and decided I needed to look elsewhere. During the COVID 19 lockdown I did some research and liked the look and story of Groundcover and made contact with them. Graeme and Paul responded straight away. They were happy to give me a quote on the plan. As I had a limited budget, they broke the work up so I was able to do some and not others, which was much appreciated. The work Groundcover carried out has been very much admired by family, friends and neighbours and I love it. Groundcover team have been great to work with and Graeme very approachable.
Graeme and the Groundcover Landscaping crew have helped us on a number of occasions to achieve great things in our properties. From re-shaping outdoor areas, to tidying hedge lines and offering excellent planting advice for our new build, we have always found Groundcover Landscaping totally professional and valuable. On top of the great work we have received, the crew are very easy to deal with as they all follow Graeme and Michelle's "bloodline" of how to successfully relate to customers by just being the real people they are. Highly recommended.
We have just built a new home and the landscaping needed to be completed to finish up. We were very impressed with the Groundcover Landscaping team. Groundcover have completed paving and astro turf in my section. Everything looks a million bucks. The quality has added value 10 fold the cost of the work. Totally recommend Groundcover. Always respond promptly. Work carried out quickly. I love everything they have done.
Graeme was great to deal with. Very reasonable, and his communication was excellent. We had some challenges our end and he was understanding and accomodating which we really appreciated.
