Friendly enthusiastic members who were happy to share their telescopes & their knowledge. Beautiful cloudless skies and the universe on display. Thanks guys.

We visited a public open night and were wowed. The people are super passionate and knowledgeable and the viewing the sky with the telescopes was incredible. Will definitely be back.

Jun enjoyed alot.... -It's okay, I came to the planetarium shocked [偷笑] New Zealand's sky is particularly beautiful this is well-known, did not expect the sky in the telescope beautiful people do not know how to describe, I told my son that if I saw stars like this when I was young, I would study astronomy.

Really good fun at a public event here (every first Wednesday of the month). Good talk from an enthusiastic and knowledgeable volunteer before being let loose on some impressive telescopes, set up to look at some highlights with more volunteers to explain. The big observatory telescope was also cool to see. Highly recommended, including to absolute novices like me
