Horrible customer service Everytime we have been there to purchase instruments or audio gear, NO ONE WILL SERVE US. We literally get ignored until we get to the counter to pay. If you don't look the part they will just ignore you. Plenty of staff there, so no excuses why they treat customers this way

Poor costumer service. I bought a Taylor Guitar for my daughter about 2 months ago. Taylor guitar wasn't working after 2 months of use. I went to the store today. Hamilton Rockshop said they could not accept the guitar for repair because they ran out of the "FORM". When I asked, when will the form be available? He said I don't know. I would have expected an answer, "let me find out for you". I still believe there is a better way of delivering customer service. Why can you not just print the form?

This is the third visit in this shop and we like it due to the variety of items and the helpful staff. We bought guitars for our 2 sons, along with accessories. They have an extensive collection of musical instruments, from very beginners to professionals. Prices are competitive and eventually there are good sales inside. It is well located within CBD, easy to park and open on Saturdays. Worth the visit!

Recently brought an electric guitar and amp from them. Had a few problems with the guitar so took it back and they were more than happy to help me out. They sorted all issues I had with my instrument and offered some of the best service I've seen in the last few years. In my opinion more shops need to have good service like the Rockshop. I highly recommend anyone to go there.

Had to wait a little while to get assistance but they did apologise, saying they were short staffed. Very helpful with advice for my son who was buying a guitar, amps and a few other items. Good price. Huge range. Will no doubt be a return customer!!
