Failed warrant for minor stiff e.g light bulbs. A couple of brake pads. Asked for a quote and when I recieved it I laughed. Nearly a grand to fix stuff that cost cheap somewhere else. Wont be using these people again. Use to be good. Now not so much.

5th in the queue was served after 5 hours. Saw people jumping the queue. No fair treatment. Failed because no water in the wiper tank. Didn't put water to see if it was working. Every one went on 1hr lunch break. Didn't have curtise to tell us that they understaffed.

It seems every single person here who gives 1 star is a migrant driving a car that shouldn't be on the road. This place is totally honest - they don't fix the cars themselves so why would they lie about what needs to be fixed? I take all my cars and vans here. It's fast and efficient. Don't go at lunch time, Friday's or the weekend and you won't need to wait long.

Staff fail to explain why the vehicle failed WOF. All that was written on report was dirty headlights (they had road dust on them) and unable to inspect rear of vehicledue to car being full. I had a dog bed in the back................. Overall don't waste your time go somewhere that has staff who can communicate.

Been going there with different cars over the years and this time was the worst. Probably new management. They couldn't be bothered to say why the car failed and keep asking you to go to a mechanic as if I'd go to a dentist instead. Previous guys would have a quick chat and tell us what is needed including the possible price to get things fixed.. Poor service.. Sad to see this place drop the ball..won't be back!!!
