We had a new heat pump installed by Andy and Mark from Heathcotes in Hamilton, and were very pleased with the way they carried out the work. It wasn't an easy job, because it was replacing an old heatpump, but they worked away efficiently and sorted any problems that arose. We were very impressed with them and their workmanship .

Honestly, very poor customer service! I contacted the customer service to repair my washing machine. Then, they required me to pay 500 to repair, including delivery fee. After fixing the washing machine, I was told they repaired it properly. However, it broke again after 3 days later. Highly NOT recommend!! It would be very worth buying a new washing machine, rather than repairing the washing machine through the service.

Amazing atmosphere and music in store. Hubby and I were in on Black Friday and was helped out by Nigel. Gave us incredible advice regarding all brands for renovating our home. Will be back in the future solely to deal with him.
