I always thought it was very expensive.. but recently I did lots of search for tickets and were the cheapest ones.. done online.. was quick and easy. Hot really good specials

Disappointing experience. Too many assurances that everything was fine,taken care of and we will "Love Everything" We later discovered we were given the cheapest of accommodation and flights which was NOT requested by us when asking for a complete package deal. We were NOT informed of the options available (and there were other options). I just don't see the point of using an agent when this agency is NOT doing their job thoroughly. Hello World------- Goodbye.
