Great customer service, great range of clothing, furniture etc. Prices are a bit dear for second-hand clothing but otherwise a good shop

The prices are out of reach of the less fortunate and the average household. 40 for a mens long sleeve top 35 for a pair of mens shoes. Disgusting you get everything for free and have people with million dollar homes pricing every thing out of this world. No compassion for other. The claudlands shop needs a rethink.

I often donate to hospice Cambridge as I appreciate the amazing work Hospice does. Today I was in Hamilton and had a bag of good quality clothing, so called in to claudelands. I was told they didn't have the staff to help me and they couldn't take my donation. How long would it take to open the back door and put a bag inside?

Horrible service, I watch a worker yell at two different kids and even put her hands on one of them to snatch a teddy bear of them. The kids were nicely touching the soft toys. They weren't making any noise or being rough with the toys. Made myself and a few others around me feel very uncomfortable. We put down what we are going to purchase and left.
