Ashika the foreign women at Instant Finance Victoria St Hamilton was the first and worst experience I have EVER had through my dealings with Instant Finance and my loan applications! It took her from 8.30am to 2pm to process my loan application that has always been flawless with them and most of what she required was already in their system not to mention her lack of customer skills e.g acknowledgement enthusiasm and an everythings else that involves happy customer service. Ashika is literally an abomination to that place because of her it has tainted my entire experience ALTOGETHER with Instant Finance. Not happy at all!

I wish I remembered the ladies name that helped me, she was awesome. They are very friendly staff and really do go the extra mile to help out where they can. Will definitely deal with them again in the future.
