My neighbour uses Jim's & when we approached the contractor to not park in our shared driveway (shared with another house, not the neighbours receiving service) he became aggressive & argumentative, resorting to inappropriate comments and sexual harassment. I rang to complain & was told I would hear back in 48 hours, but 2 weeks later have heard nothing. I later found out the other neighbour we share the drive with had also spoken to him & had a negative response. Would not recommend, unless you hate your neighbours.

Disappointed. Waited 3 days after two no-shows. Used a ride on which sprayed grass around the walls of the house. Had to point out missed spots. Thanks! I'm going to have to water blast the place again now. Rang 0800 number. 100% Satisfaction guaranteed? Bollocks!

Very disappointing experience. Applied online for a quote, still not had a reply after 2 weeks, rang up 0800 number 4 times and promised someone would ring back after 2 hours. Still waiting. I would not recommend this company.
I got exactly what I expected and the operator was very courteous, turned up when he said he would, done a good job, and was quick at responding to my comms. A stress free expedience. Thank you Jims I will definitely come back again.
