It was very busy when I got my first ever piercing here, but my appointment was on time. Charlotte was really great, as I was very nervous. She explained everything, was calm and professional, and it all went well. She gave good advice on after piercing care and it healed well. Once healed I returned to purchase a new labret earing, and the guy that served me (didn't get his name) was friendly and helpful, and even changed the earing for me. So I'm happy :)

My friend and I went to go get her septum done and her experience was so bad with one of the staff members. She asked for a septum and one of the staff members had an unprofessional attitude and wanted to do everything in a hurry causing my friends septum to turn out crooked. After she pierced her nose, first of all she didn’t even notice it or check to be sure and just went out of the room and second of all when we called her back she didn’t even apologise or show any remorse or concern towards my friend and instead said “you can get it pierced again it or let it be”. So unprofessional and would definitely not like to come back as it was my friend and I's first time at the store.
Absolutely incredible service, I can't remember the piercers name but they were amazing! We felt so comfortable and they took away our nerves by being so kind and friendly. Would highly recommend going here for piercings, thank you so much :)
Poor service. My girlfriend and I went in for advice.instead of gaining the knowledge we were after we were laughed at by the girl at the counter. Simply wanted to buy a new piece of Helix jewellery. Won’t be going back there again.

I booked an appointment online to get the other side of my nose peirced (one side already peirced). I booked a sunday as that was the day I was free. When I showed up they told me they didnt do symmetrical piercings on a sunday because they took too long. Nothing against the staff as it's not their fault but I'd think itd be a lot more professional to put this on the website somewhere so I didnt have to waste my time.... Edit: Keen takes constructive critisism really well and took great care of me thank you to everyone for being lovely :)
