I've been coming here for years and I've noticed lately the quality has faded over time regularly times forgetting items in my order not knowing until we get back to our home we do ring an they do try to rectify the mistake but when it keeps happening it gets abit silly I love our community and I try to support as much as I can to our community businesses I feel standards need to be lifted and attention to detail quality is the key good your heads up Frankton KFC

Food is what you'd expect from a KFC. In that respect, it's okay. Service at the counter is slow at meal times (e.g. 6pm) due to not enough staff to cope with the customers. Tables have food waste on them, nobody is cleaning them (probably because the staff don't have time). It seems like drive-through orders are prioritized, so you might have a better experience if you do that, but overall this was not a good experience. I suggest avoiding this place - there are lots of other fast food places very close, so you'll have plenty of options.
Love it when you're chicken is nice and hot awesome service the chips were beautiful I'll come back in a heartbeat if this is like this everyday
We waited 30mins, got home chips overcooked and old not even hot, was too hungry and too far to go back, please frankton KFC dont get lazy...
Ordered delivery through the website. 3 times KFC have taken the money out of my bank account but the order didn't come through to the store so I had to miss out on my meal and wait 5-7 working days for a refund.. over the years they haven't done anything to fix it and I get no apologies!!! Very disappointed!! Do not order off the website unless you're willing to pay for food you never receive!!

Chips tasted like they were sitting there a while. Customer service was good. Had to wait a bit and the food didn't make up for it.
