Kmart Te Rapa management, you need to up your game. The place is looking shabby & each time I visit I'm more underwhelmed! I understand some undesirable customers unwrap stuff & misplace items on wrong shelves. But that's no excuse for not having staff to be there to tidy & restock shelves. When I have seen them doing it, usually night time, they're mucking about & showing no passion in their work ehics!
Not too busy, self-service working, store was clean, a good successful visit
Most of the shelves were empty. Not sure what's going on but this is my 5th visit where the empty shelves is pretty common. Couldn't find what I am looking for, and I prefer the in-store shopping (if possible) instead of online. Wasted my time driving all the way there.
I ALWAYS LOVE Kmart, but I understand covid may have a part in a few things, I was a little disappointed about their female bra's there used to be different types and designs etc, it felt they only had the basics and sports bras. I still love coming here but it would be so nice if they increased their ranges when it comes to bras and undies for females in all different shapes and sizes and designs. I love their beauty isles too! The staff are always so nice here everytime I've been so great job to the staff!(:
Really helpful staff. Security was great as I went in late evening to return an item purchased via online shopping(he pointed me in the right direction). No stress nor hassle. Refunded without any problems.
I hadn't been to Kmart in Hamilton for a very long time, but when I walked in the doors, I was pleasantly surprised. Everything was laid out so beautifully, with easy to see and read signs, a variety of products, very well spaced aisles, and easy to find checkouts. A huge improvement on the previous store.
