These people do not give your house to disadvantaged families. They rent their houses to current meth addicts and gangs. Absolute hell living next door to a house they rent out! 4 tenants in a row that have no regard for the house they live in or their neighbours. Ive had the current neighbours break our fence (possibly trying to jump the fence to rob). Watched them steel parcels from the neighbours at the back. Had their own fence run over by one of their ‘friends’ while being drunk, then proceeding with a domestic. Slamming car doors through out the night because they don’t sleep on meth. Addicts coming in and out of the residence. Not being able to leave your house unoccupied because you’re worried about your house getting broken into. These examples are only a fraction of what we had to live next to! This is not fair for low income/blue collar communities that work hard for everything they have and have to live next to people with this life style. Stronger communities together! Don’t let this company manage your rentals!
